Marshmallow-y Goodness

This morning I finished up my marshmallows! They taste very buttery, a little herb-y, and just the right amount of sweet. I’m gonna have so much fun with these!

This is the marshmallow slab pulling out of the dish. The excess powdered sugar on top just dusts off.

Cutting into strips. The sides are all pretty sticky, so you have to dust them with powdered sugar. (Sugared up sugar.. mmmmm)

Cutting these into cubes makes me really wonder exactly how manufactured mallows get to be tube shaped. Seems like it really shouldn’t work.

My pile of marshmallows! I found that the best way to get the extra powdered sugar off them was to throw them lightly at the table.
